Veylora currently ships to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping options
Standard Tracked Shipping: £4.95. Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days after dispatch.

Free Tracked Shipping: available on eligible orders of £45 or more.

Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information by email where available. Tracking updates can take time to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, customs processing, address problems, weather, holidays or events outside our control. If your order is delayed, contact us and we will help investigate.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will help resolve it, but additional shipping costs may apply.
