About these terms
These terms apply to shopping at serynwear.store and using the SERYN website. The store is operated by SERYN WEAR under the SERYN brand. Our business contact details are available in our Contact information and Legal notice.
Using our store
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information when placing an order. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity or attempts to interfere with its operation.
Products, prices and payment
Check the product description, selected variant, quantity and total before paying. The currency, product price and applicable shipping charges, taxes and duties are shown at checkout. Product availability and prices may change for future orders; changes do not retrospectively change the agreed total of an existing order.
Campaign images show styling examples. Product descriptions and product photographs provide the relevant product details. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or differs from its description.
Payment methods available for your destination are shown at checkout. For an international order processed by a merchant of record, review the seller details and destination-specific terms displayed at checkout.
Orders and changes
Review your order details before submitting payment. To request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. A requested change may depend on the order's fulfilment status. Your mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain applicable.
If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 3–15 calendar days, varying by country. Delivery charges and available methods are displayed at checkout. See our Shipping policy for details.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the applicable options to agree to a delay or cancel for a refund.
Returns, refunds and consumer rights
Our voluntary return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. See our Refund policy for the process and statutory exceptions.
Where EU or UK distance-selling rights apply, the applicable 14-day withdrawal period remains available. Claims concerning incorrect, damaged, faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited to our voluntary 7-day window.
Where EU consumer law applies, new goods have a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery. Depending on the circumstances, faulty or misdescribed goods must be repaired or replaced at no cost, or the buyer may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. National law may provide additional protection.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Our giving initiative
SERYN contributes 5% of net product revenue from confirmed orders to FoodForward SA to support hunger relief in South Africa. Shipping, taxes and refunded amounts are excluded from the calculation. This is the rule behind our “up to 5%” messaging.
The contribution is funded by SERYN from its product revenue. This is an independent SERYN initiative; no partnership or endorsement by FoodForward SA is implied. Read about the organisation at FoodForward SA.
Privacy and website content
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Website content belongs to SERYN or its respective rights holders. Permission for reuse must come from the relevant rights holder. External websites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Questions, complaints and updates
For questions or complaints, email support@serynwear.com, call +1 415-216-5721, or use our Contact page. Include your order number when your message concerns a purchase.
We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or alter the conditions of a purchase already made.
